Welcome! I am an MPCC-Provisional (Reg. 5089) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. My supervisor is Susanne Currie, a Registered Qualified Supervisor (Reg.3671). I am dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and evidence-based therapeutic space where you can feel truly heard. My practice is deeply rooted in person-centered care, ensuring that our work together is entirely tailored to your unique goals and lived experiences.I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex challenges of chronic illness, chronic pain, weight management, body image concerns, harsh inner critics, low self-esteem, perfectionism and people pleasing. I also offer dedicated support for those experiencing mild anxiety and depression, loneliness, stress, burnout, overwhelm, relationship struggles, grief and loss and life transitions. By blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with somatic therapies, my approach bridges the connection between mind and body. Together, we will engage in both experiential and behavioural practices. This means we won’t just talk about change—we will actively practice new ways of relating to your thoughts, processing bodily sensations, and taking meaningful steps toward a fulfilling life.
